Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Professional Organizer Aide to join our growing team in Clifton, Bristol. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a natural talent for organization, an eye for aesthetics, and a desire to help clients create functional and beautiful living spaces. As an Aide, you will work closely with our lead Professional Organizers, providing essential support in all aspects of the organizing process. This hands-on role involves direct client interaction, physical tasks, and contributing to the successful transformation of various residential spaces. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead Professional Organizers with on-site client projects, including sorting, categorizing, and decluttering various items.
- Help clients with the physical relocation and arrangement of items within their homes.
- Transport donations, recycling, or items to be discarded, adhering to company and client preferences.
- Maintain an organized inventory of organizing supplies and tools, ensuring they are ready for use.
- Provide empathetic and discreet support to clients throughout the organizing process.
- Collaborate with the lead organizer to implement creative storage solutions and aesthetic improvements.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and client confidentiality agreements.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25kg, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- High level of discretion and respect for client privacy.
- A creative mindset with an interest in interior aesthetics and functional design.
- Reliable transportation to client sites within Bristol.
- Basic computer proficiency for scheduling and inventory management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a home services, retail, or customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with various organizing methodologies (e.g., KonMari, Five Senses of Organization).
- A portfolio or examples of personal organizing projects.
- Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the Bristol community.
