Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Video Labeler to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of video data labels generated by our crowd-sourced teams. Your work will directly impact the quality of AI and machine learning models, making sure they learn from precise and reliable data. Key Responsibilities
- Perform meticulous quality assurance checks on video data labeling tasks, identifying errors and inconsistencies.
- Provide constructive feedback and clear instructions to data labelers to improve annotation quality.
- Adhere strictly to project guidelines and labeling protocols to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and data scientists to refine labeling instructions and quality metrics.
- Track and report on common quality issues, contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure inter-rater agreement on complex labeling scenarios.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in data labeling or quality control, preferably with video content.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with various computer applications and comfortable learning new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Linguistics, Media Studies).
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data annotation platforms.
