Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and ethically-minded Remote AI Chatbot Moderator to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work 100% remotely, contributing to the quality and safety of AI-driven conversational experiences without any phone interaction. You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating AI chatbot interactions, ensuring they align with established content guidelines, ethical standards, and user safety protocols. Your insights will be crucial in refining AI models and improving overall chatbot performance. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively review and moderate AI chatbot interactions according to established content guidelines and policies.
- Identify, categorize, and report inappropriate, harmful, or off-topic content to ensure user safety and compliance.

- Collaborate with internal teams to refine moderation guidelines and contribute to best practices.
