Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records.

  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical financial documentation.
  • Learn and apply new accounting software and tools.
  • Collaborate with senior bookkeepers and accountants on various projects.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding financial data and discrepancies.

Required Skills
