Job Description

Join IBM as a Remote Chatbot Evaluator and play a crucial role in enhancing the intelligence and effectiveness of our AI-powered chatbot solutions. This is a fully remote, text-based support position – no voice interaction required. You will be responsible for meticulously reviewing chatbot conversations, evaluating response accuracy, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable feedback to our AI development teams. Your insights will directly contribute to refining natural language processing models and ensuring a seamless, high-quality user experience. Key Responsibilities
