Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Remote Google Data Validator to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for meticulously verifying business leads and company information sourced from various Google platforms, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our extensive database. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of data provided to our clients, driving their success and enhancing ZoomInfo’s reputation as a trusted data provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive validation of business leads and company data using Google search, Google Maps, Google My Business, and other online sources.
- Cross-reference information for accuracy, including company names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, industry classifications, and key contacts.
- Identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring data consistency and completeness.
- Utilize internal tools and CRM systems to update and maintain validated records.
- Collaborate with data acquisition and quality assurance teams to improve data collection processes.
- Provide feedback on common data errors and suggest improvements for data validation workflows.
- Meet daily and weekly data validation targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using Google search and other online research tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
