Job Description
Are you a true music enthusiast with an ear for what’s next? Believe Digital is seeking a dedicated Remote Music Reviewer to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of music discovery, listening to and evaluating unreleased tracks from emerging and established artists across various genres. You will play a crucial role in providing constructive feedback, identifying potential hits, and contributing to the development of our artists’ careers. This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the chance to work from anywhere in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen attentively to a high volume of unreleased music tracks across diverse genres.
- Provide objective, detailed, and constructive written feedback on musical quality, commercial potential, and production value.
- Rate tracks based on established criteria and guidelines.
- Identify emerging trends, promising artists, and potential market opportunities.
- Collaborate with A&R and artist services teams to share insights and recommendations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all unreleased material.
- Meet daily and weekly review quotas and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Exceptional listening skills and a keen ear for musical detail and nuance.
- Strong passion for various music genres and a broad understanding of the music landscape.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate constructive feedback clearly and concisely.
- High level of reliability, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with digital music platforms and basic audio playback tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in reviews.
