Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Resort Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our prestigious resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability across all resort departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of all resort departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance guest experience and improve efficiency.
- Monitor departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue generation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of departmental managers and staff.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest feedback, resolving issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and events teams to align operational activities with business strategies.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and services to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on operational performance, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in resort or hotel operations management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Proficiency in resort management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a large-scale integrated resort (casino, hotel, entertainment).
- Certification in hospitality management or a relevant professional designation.
