Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate banking solutions.
  • Open new accounts, process transactions, and assist with general banking inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services, such as loans, credit cards, and investment options.
  • Educate customers on digital banking tools and services to enhance their banking experience.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate actively in all aspects of the training program, including workshops, modules, and on-the-job coaching.
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
