Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Returns Processor / Picker Packer to join our team in a clean, organized office setting in Norwich. This role involves handling returned merchandise, inspecting items for condition, processing them back into inventory or preparing them for disposition, and accurately picking and packing orders as needed. Attention to detail and efficiency are paramount to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect returned items, verifying contents against documentation.
- Assess the condition of returned products and determine appropriate next steps (re-stock, repair, dispose).
- Accurately record return data into inventory management systems.
- Process returns efficiently to meet daily targets and maintain service level agreements.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care, ensuring correct items and quantities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as required (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 15kg.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or returns processing role.
