Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist with a focus on Lead Management to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our sales pipeline by ensuring timely and accurate lead qualification, distribution, and nurturing. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a clean and accurate sales lead database within CRM systems.
  • Qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring high-quality leads are passed to the sales team.
  • Distribute leads effectively to the appropriate sales representatives, considering territory, product focus, and workload.
  • Monitor lead progression through the sales funnel, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on lead performance, conversion rates, and sales pipeline health.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve lead quality.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of lead management processes and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve lead-related issues, ensuring a smooth operational flow for the sales team.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in sales support, lead management, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite.
