Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Porters to join our vibrant culinary team in Camden Town. This entry-level role is crucial to the smooth operation of our kitchen, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and cooking equipment using industrial dishwashers or by hand.
- Ensuring all kitchen areas, including floors, surfaces, and storage rooms, are kept clean and hygienic.
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks when required, such as peeling vegetables.
- Emptying bins and managing waste disposal according to company guidelines.
- Receiving and organizing deliveries, ensuring stock is stored correctly.
- Maintaining a clean and organized pot wash area.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Supporting chefs and kitchen staff as needed.
