Job Description
Are you passionate about live events and have a keen eye for detail? Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a meticulous and discreet Ticket Office Secret Shopper to evaluate the customer experience at concert and event venues in and around New Port Richey. In this crucial part-time role, you will act as a regular customer, visiting assigned ticket offices to assess various aspects of service quality, operational efficiency, and overall fan satisfaction. Your objective observations and detailed reports will directly contribute to enhancing our service standards and ensuring every fan receives a world-class experience. Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned concert and event ticket offices, box offices, or retail outlets discreetly as a typical customer.
- Observe and evaluate the entire ticket purchasing process, including staff greeting, product knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Assess physical environment aspects such as cleanliness, organization, signage clarity, and accessibility.
- Interact with ticket office staff, asking pre-determined questions to gauge their helpfulness and adherence to company policies.
- Document findings accurately and objectively using a provided online reporting system or mobile application.
- Adhere strictly to anonymity and confidentiality protocols throughout each visit and in all reporting.
- Submit detailed and constructive reports within established deadlines, including narrative descriptions and ratings.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to help improve customer service and operational procedures.
- Purchase tickets as required for the evaluation process, with full reimbursement for approved purchases.
Required Skills
- Exceptional observational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to remain inconspicuous and maintain complete objectivity during evaluations.
- Strong written communication skills for clear, concise, and comprehensive report generation.
- Reliable access to personal transportation and the ability to travel to various venues within the designated area.
- Proficiency with basic smartphone applications and online reporting tools.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability.
- Must be 18 years or older with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
