Job Description

Salesforce is seeking a Student Customer Success Associate with a tech focus to join our dynamic team in New Port Richey. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Customer Success Managers in developing and executing customer success plans.
  • Support customers with basic technical inquiries related to Salesforce products and features.
  • Help prepare materials for customer meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and success stories accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Support, Product) to resolve customer issues.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and customer-facing documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer success methodologies.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited degree program (e.g., Business, IT, Computer Science, Communications).
  • Strong interest in technology and understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new software and technical concepts quickly.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service, support, or client-facing role (even part-time or volunteer).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with online collaboration tools and virtual communication.
