Job Description

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for helping customers? Teleperformance is seeking dedicated Remote Chat Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and answering inquiries through text-based chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner via live chat to address their questions and concerns.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and immediate information to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products, services, and policies.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and performance metrics, including response times and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication and grammar skills in English.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate various systems simultaneously.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and web browsers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or chat support role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and virtual communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish a plus).
