Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and process incoming merchandise efficiently and accurately.
- Organize and maintain a clean and orderly stockroom, ensuring easy accessibility of products.
- Assist in transferring merchandise to the sales floor as requested by sales associates.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Support visual merchandising efforts by ensuring appropriate stock levels are available for display.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures within the stockroom.
- Collaborate effectively with sales associates and management to meet store objectives.
- Assist with customer returns and exchanges, directing items back to the stockroom as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be currently enrolled as a student (high school or college).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or stockroom environment.
- Familiarity with fashion trends and brands.
- Ability to operate basic stockroom equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks if certified).
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
