Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated UPS Customer Liaison to join our team in Palmdale, CA. This role is exclusively focused on providing exceptional customer support through written communication channels. You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance via email, chat, and our online ticketing system. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding written communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for problem-solving to ensure our customers receive prompt, accurate, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via email, chat, and internal messaging platforms.
  • Provide accurate information regarding shipping status, service options, billing, and general UPS policies.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, sales) to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for timely resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all written communications.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and streamline written support processes.
