Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized WFH Google Data Processor with a strong focus on financial records to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing financial data within various Google Workspace tools, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance. This is a crucial position for maintaining the precision of our financial operations and supporting key business decisions. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain financial data in Google Sheets, Google Forms, and other proprietary systems.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
  • Categorize and classify financial transactions according to established guidelines.
  • Generate routine reports and summaries of financial data as required.
  • Assist in data clean-up projects and ensure data consistency across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial information.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding data status and issues.
  • Adhere to all company policies and data security protocols.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with data entry and data processing, preferably with a financial focus.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
  • Basic understanding of financial terminology and concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with financial software or ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with data validation techniques and quality control processes.
  • Previous experience in a remote work setting.
