Job Description

Nielsen Media is seeking a Junior Media Tagger to join our content operations team in Lexington, KY. In this exciting role, you’ll be paid to watch a variety of shows, movies, and other media content, applying specific tags and metadata to ensure our databases are accurate and comprehensive. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills needed to succeed. This is a fantastic chance to get hands-on experience in the media industry, contributing directly to how content is categorized and understood globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Watch and analyze a wide range of television shows, movies, and other digital content.
- Apply accurate metadata and tags based on established guidelines and criteria.
- Identify key themes, genres, actors, and other relevant content attributes.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency in tagging.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing learning to stay updated on tagging protocols.
- Provide feedback on content and tagging tools to improve workflows.
