Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Stretch Limo Operator with a strong focus on precision driving to join our elite team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and luxurious transportation experiences for our clients. This role demands exceptional driving prowess, an unwavering commitment to safety, and a refined sense of professionalism. You will operate our state-of-the-art stretch limousines, ensuring every journey is smooth, punctual, and discreet. Ideal candidates will possess an advanced understanding of vehicle dynamics, particularly with extended wheelbase vehicles, and a proven track record of impeccable service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate stretch limousines with the highest degree of precision, safety, and professionalism.
- Transport clients to various destinations, including airports, corporate events, and special occasions, adhering to scheduled timings.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of local traffic patterns, optimal routes, and alternative paths to ensure timely arrivals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with luggage, opening doors, and addressing any needs or inquiries discreetly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain vehicle interior and exterior cleanliness to premium standards.
- Complete accurate trip logs, mileage reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills
- Valid Class B or Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger endorsement (P endorsement) or equivalent state-specific chauffeur license.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, with at least 1 year operating stretch limousines or similar extended vehicles.
- Impeccable driving record with no accidents or major moving violations.
- Exceptional spatial awareness and advanced vehicle control skills.
- Strong geographical knowledge of the Tampa Bay area, including Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough Counties.
- Superior customer service and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced defensive driving certification.
- Experience with luxury vehicle maintenance and minor troubleshooting.
