Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients using a provided script.

- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions in our CRM system.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets and lead generation goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
