Job Description
Are you meticulous, tech-savvy, and passionate about improving healthcare through innovation? Babylon Health is seeking a dedicated Telemedicine Chatbot Validator to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, safety, and effectiveness of our AI-powered chatbots, which are vital tools in our telemedicine platform. You will meticulously review, test, and validate chatbot responses, identifying potential errors, biases, or areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough and systematic validation of chatbot dialogues and responses related to medical queries and patient interactions.
- Identify and document inaccuracies, inconsistencies, logical flaws, or potential safety concerns in chatbot outputs.
- Provide constructive feedback and detailed reports to the AI development and medical content teams.
- Participate in the continuous improvement cycle of our AI models, contributing to testing protocols and validation methodologies.
- Stay informed about current medical guidelines, terminology, and best practices to ensure chatbot accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, clinical professionals, and product managers.
- Contribute to the development of validation metrics and quality assurance standards for telemedicine chatbots.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in identifying patterns and anomalies in data and text.
- Basic understanding of healthcare concepts and terminology (e.g., common symptoms, medical conditions).
