Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Pub Staff to join our vibrant team at a local Greene King pub in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start or further their career in hospitality. We have immediate vacancies for full-time positions. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary – just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Operate till systems and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the bar, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Restock bar and fridges, ensuring all products are readily available.
- Assist with cellar management, including changing barrels and kegs (with training).
- Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and handle enquiries or complaints professionally.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
- Support team members and managers with ad-hoc duties as required.
