Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation protocols.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or deviations from standards to supervisors.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished goods.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain an efficient workflow.
- Participate in regular training sessions on safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
