Job Description
Are you passionate about beauty and love the idea of bringing top-tier salon services directly to clients? Chatters Hair Salon in Burnaby is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Mobile Beauty Aide to join our growing team. This unique role involves travelling to various client locations within the Greater Burnaby area, providing a range of beauty services, and ensuring a premium, personalized experience. You will be an ambassador for Chatters, delivering our high standards of quality and customer care on the go. Key Responsibilities
- Travel to client homes, offices, or specified locations to provide beauty services.
- Perform various beauty services including, but not limited to, hair styling, basic make-up application, nail care (manicures/pedicures), and express facials.
- Set up and break down portable beauty stations efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation for all tools and equipment.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
- Manage appointment schedules and client bookings effectively.
- Process payments and maintain accurate service records.
- Represent Chatters Hair Salon with professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques through continuous learning.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in hair styling, make-up, and/or nail care.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for the beauty industry and client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification or diploma from a recognized beauty or cosmetology program.
- Previous experience in a mobile beauty service role.
- Proficiency with various beauty product lines and equipment.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
