Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and insightful UPS Feedback Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in gathering and analyzing customer and operational feedback, specifically focusing on qualitative opinions and sentiments. Your insights will directly contribute to service improvements, operational efficiencies, and enhanced customer satisfaction for one of the world’s largest logistics companies. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively solicit, collect, and categorize feedback from various sources, including surveys, support interactions, and online reviews, with a strong emphasis on qualitative data.
- Analyze collected feedback to identify recurring themes, emerging trends, and actionable insights related to UPS services and customer experiences.
- Synthesize complex opinion data into clear, concise reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, operations, and product development, to communicate findings and recommend improvements.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes based on feedback and provide follow-up reports.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of feedback, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss findings and strategize on feedback collection methods.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret qualitative data and identify key insights.
- Proficiency in using feedback collection tools and survey platforms.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with standard office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
