Job Description

Join the Moy Park team as an Agricultural Harvester and play a crucial role in our food production cycle. We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to assist with crop harvesting operations, ensuring efficiency and quality from field to processing. This is a physically demanding role performed outdoors in varying weather conditions, requiring a strong work ethic and commitment to agricultural best practices. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain agricultural harvesting machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform manual harvesting tasks, including picking, sorting, and loading crops as required.
  • Conduct pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, crop quality issues, or safety concerns promptly.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily harvesting targets and deadlines.
  • Assist with other general farm duties as needed during non-harvest periods or as directed.
