Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented WFH Google Associate to join our dynamic remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting various Google-related projects, ensuring operational excellence and contributing to the success of our clients. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home in the Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent area. You will be responsible for tasks ranging from data analysis and content moderation to technical support and project coordination, all while utilizing Google’s suite of tools and platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, verification, and analysis using Google Sheets and other internal tools.
  • Provide support for Google product-related inquiries and escalate complex issues as necessary.
  • Moderate user-generated content in accordance with Google's guidelines and policies.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and document all interactions and resolutions.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on Google product changes and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive remote team environment.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other Google services.
  • Customer service or data entry experience.
  • Basic understanding of content moderation principles.
  • Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
