Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in understanding and effectively utilizing Zendesk's AI features and products.
- Onboard new customers to our platform, guiding them through initial setup and feature adoption.
- Provide prompt and accurate support to customer inquiries, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Proactively identify opportunities for customers to optimize their use of AI tools for improved outcomes.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to product development teams to help drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Zendesk's product suite and AI capabilities.
- Create and update knowledge base articles and training materials for customers.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
