Job Description
Are you passionate about making vehicle interiors shine? HGrégoire is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Mobile Console Detailer with a strong focus on clean car interiors to join our service team in Ville-Marie. In this role, you will be responsible for the thorough cleaning and restoration of vehicle interiors, ensuring every console, dashboard, and intricate surface meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of vehicle interiors, with a specific emphasis on consoles, dashboards, door panels, and all control surfaces.
- Utilize specialized cleaning agents and equipment to effectively remove dirt, dust, stains, and odors from various interior materials (fabric, leather, vinyl, plastic).
- Vacuum, shampoo, and extract carpets and upholstery.
- Clean and condition leather and vinyl surfaces to restore their original appearance and protect them from wear.
- Detail intricate areas such as air vents, crevices, cup holders, and storage compartments.
- Apply protective treatments to interior surfaces to maintain cleanliness and longevity.
- Inspect vehicles post-detailing to ensure all quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper handling and storage of detailing equipment and products.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and policies.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in automotive interior detailing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Strong knowledge of various cleaning products, tools, and techniques suitable for different interior materials.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently to meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs consistently throughout the workday.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in automotive detailing or related field.
- Experience detailing high-end or luxury vehicle interiors.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong asset in our diverse environment.
