Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven E-commerce Pinterest Growth Lead to spearhead our performance marketing efforts on Pinterest. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing Pinterest advertising strategies to drive significant growth in traffic, conversions, and revenue. You will leverage your expertise in performance marketing, e-commerce, and the Pinterest platform to identify new opportunities, scale successful campaigns, and deliver measurable results. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of managing complex campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve ambitious business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Pinterest advertising strategies to achieve ROI targets and drive e-commerce growth.
  • Manage and optimize Pinterest ad campaigns, including campaign setup, bid management, audience targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and content tailored for the Pinterest platform.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Pinterest advertising features, best practices, and industry trends, integrating new approaches as appropriate.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Forecast campaign performance, track against key KPIs, and report on results to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with product, merchandising, and other marketing teams to align Pinterest strategies with broader business goals.
  • Implement advanced tracking and attribution models to accurately measure the impact of Pinterest campaigns.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with a strong focus on Pinterest advertising within an e-commerce context.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling large-budget Pinterest campaigns with demonstrable ROI.
  • Expertise in Pinterest Ads Manager, analytics platforms, and third-party ad management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and iterative campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and results to diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce funnels, customer journeys, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other visual commerce platforms (e.g., Instagram Shopping, TikTok Shop).
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models and incrementality testing.
  • Experience working with large product catalogs and dynamic ad formats.
  • Certification in Pinterest advertising or related digital marketing disciplines.
