Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Junior UPS Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team in Burlington, Vermont. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily UPS shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely processing and dispatch.
  • Track and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, proactively addressing potential delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all UPS transactions, including manifest data and proof of delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments, external vendors, and UPS representatives to resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and customs forms as required.
  • Assist in inventory management related to shipping supplies and packaging materials.
  • Implement and adhere to company policies and safety procedures related to shipping and handling.

Required Skills
