Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Remote Microsoft Concierge for VIP Customer Management. In this 100% remote role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our most valued enterprise clients, ensuring their comprehensive satisfaction with Microsoft products and services. You will proactively manage relationships, anticipate needs, and provide white-glove support, collaborating with various internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences and drive client loyalty. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated concierge for a portfolio of VIP Microsoft enterprise clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives, technical needs, and future requirements related to Microsoft solutions.
- Serve as the single point of contact for all client inquiries, escalations, and support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Coordinate with internal Microsoft teams (e.g., product, engineering, sales, support) to orchestrate solutions and deliver seamless service.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities, and present value-added solutions.
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively implement preventative measures to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance on Microsoft products, features, and best practices relevant to client needs.
- Document all client interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in CRM systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of VIP customer management processes and strategies.
Required Skills
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills, with a focus on VIP clients.
- Proven ability to manage complex client issues and drive resolutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft's ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, etc.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- High degree of professionalism and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a concierge, account management, or VIP client support role within the technology industry.
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified).
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
