Job Description
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Meet and Greet Driver for Airport Terminal Arrivals. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients arriving at the airport, providing a seamless and welcoming start to their journey. You will be responsible for ensuring timely pick-ups, assisting with luggage, and safely transporting clients to their next destination with the highest level of professionalism and service. This position requires excellent communication skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and a commitment to punctuality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Punctually meet and greet arriving clients at designated airport terminals, holding personalized signage.
- Assist clients with their luggage, ensuring careful handling and secure storage in the vehicle.
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their specified destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and professional vehicle appearance at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding arrival times, delays, or any special requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant ride.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Process any required paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 3 years.
- Excellent knowledge of local roads, airports, and general traffic patterns.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
- Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in challenging situations (e.g., traffic, flight delays).
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a chauffeur, limousine driver, or in a similar meet and greet role.
- Familiarity with Pasco County and surrounding areas, including Tampa International Airport (TPA).
- Basic mechanical knowledge to identify and report vehicle issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
