Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and meticulous Real Estate Contract Labeler to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately reviewing and labeling various real estate contracts and documents to train our advanced AI and machine learning models. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our platform’s ability to understand and process complex real estate information, ultimately improving our customer experience and operational efficiency. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret a variety of real estate legal documents, including purchase agreements, closing statements, and addendums.
- Accurately identify and extract key data points from contracts according to predefined guidelines and taxonomies.
- Apply specific labels and annotations to text segments within documents using our proprietary labeling tools.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and consistency in all labeling tasks to maintain data quality.
- Collaborate with data science and product teams to refine labeling guidelines and improve annotation processes.
- Participate in quality assurance reviews of labeled data.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary and sensitive information.
