Job Description
Are you passionate about Apple products and dedicated to providing outstanding customer support? Teleperformance is seeking an Apple Support Coordinator to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Apple users, troubleshooting technical issues, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for Apple products via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues efficiently and accurately.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions meticulously in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, services, and technical information.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support technicians when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.
