Job Description
Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual looking for a rewarding work-from-home opportunity? Bell Aliant is seeking enthusiastic Inbound Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from warm leads – customers who have expressed interest in our services or are looking to upgrade. Your primary goal will be to identify their needs, provide expert product information, and effectively close sales, all from the comfort of your home office. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the chance to contribute to a leading telecommunications company. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from warm leads promptly and professionally.
- Engage with customers to understand their telecommunication needs and preferences.
- Present and sell appropriate Bell Aliant products and services (internet, TV, phone).
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales in CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members and sales management to optimize sales strategies.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet home workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in inbound sales or telemarketing, particularly in telecommunications.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Bell Aliant products and services.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
