As a Mystery Shopper, you’ll perform covert evaluations of businesses, providing valuable feedback on various aspects of the customer experience, from cleanliness and product availability to staff professionalism and sales techniques. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned mystery shopping visits to various retail stores, restaurants, service centers, and other businesses as instructed.
- Objectively observe and evaluate specific criteria related to customer service, store environment, product quality, and employee interactions.
- Accurately and thoroughly complete detailed online reports within 24-48 hours of each visit, based on clear guidelines and requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of assignment details and client information.
- Adhere strictly to all assignment instructions, including purchase requirements and specific scenarios.
- Manage your own schedule and accept assignments that align with your availability and geographic location.
- Communicate promptly with the IntelliShop team regarding any questions or issues related to assignments.
