Job Description
Hannaford Supermarkets is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Grocery Stocking Auditor for our night replenishment team in Nashua, NH. This crucial role involves meticulously verifying the accuracy of product stocking, inventory levels, and planogram compliance during overnight replenishment operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that shelves are accurately stocked, products are rotated correctly, and all items are accounted for, contributing to an organized and efficient store environment for our customers and day staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audits of stocked shelves and backroom inventory against delivery manifests and planograms during night shifts.
- Verify product placement, rotation (FIFO), and quantity accuracy on shelves.
- Identify and report discrepancies in stocking, product counts, and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with store standards for product presentation and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the night replenishment team to address and resolve stocking errors promptly.
- Document audit findings accurately using internal systems and reporting tools.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve stocking efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and reporting
- Excellent observational and analytical skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
