Job Description

Accenture is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a WFH Microsoft Cloud Assistant. This is an entry-level, remote position designed for individuals with a passion for technology and a desire to learn about Microsoft Azure and other cloud services. You will provide essential support to our cloud engineers and consultants, helping to ensure smooth operations and effective client solutions. This role offers an an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop critical skills, and grow within a global leader in IT services. Key Responsibilities
- Assist cloud engineers with routine tasks related to Microsoft Azure deployments and management.
- Monitor cloud environments for performance, security, and cost efficiency.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of cloud-related issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of cloud configurations, processes, and incidents.
- Support data migration efforts and ensure data integrity within cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver timely support.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies.
- Provide basic technical support to end-users experiencing cloud service interruptions.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in cloud computing and Microsoft technologies.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with any cloud platform (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) concepts.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
- Prior customer service or technical support experience.
