Job Description

Join HSBC UK as a WFH Office Support specialist, focusing on afternoon shifts. This 100% remote position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home, supporting our diverse teams with essential administrative and operational tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to emails and internal communications promptly and professionally.
  • Organise and schedule virtual meetings, including sending invitations and preparing necessary materials.

  • Assist with data entry tasks and generate basic reports as required by various departments.
  • Provide general administrative support to multiple teams, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Handle incoming inquiries, calls, and messages, redirecting them to the appropriate teams or individuals.
  • Support document management processes, including creation, editing, and distribution of internal communications.
  • Collaborate effectively with remote team members using various communication and collaboration tools.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
