Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Google Ads Policy Auditor to join our growing compliance team. This fully remote role will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our clients’ advertising campaigns on the Google Ads platform across the UK. You will be responsible for reviewing ads against Google’s extensive policy guidelines, identifying potential violations, and providing actionable feedback to maintain high standards of ad quality and brand safety. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audits of Google Ads campaigns to ensure strict adherence to Google's advertising policies and guidelines.
- Stay continuously updated on the latest Google Ads policy changes and industry best practices.
- Identify, document, and report policy violations, inappropriate content, or misleading claims in ad creatives and landing pages.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and recommendations to internal teams and clients regarding policy compliance and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with account managers and strategists to pre-emptively address potential policy issues during campaign planning.
- Contribute to the development of internal compliance documentation and training materials.
Required Skills
- Proven understanding of Google Ads policies and advertising guidelines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to articulate complex policy concepts clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, compliance, or content moderation.
- Google Ads certification in Search, Display, or Shopping.
