Job Description

Are you a recent graduate or looking to start your career in customer service? Concentrix is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Associate I. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers to gain valuable experience in a dynamic call center environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive brand image.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new product knowledge and service updates.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to help others.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, food service) is an asset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or call center technology.
  • Ability to speak a second language (e.g., French, Punjabi) is a plus.
  • Post-secondary education or a college diploma is an asset.
