Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Folder & File Sorter to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for meticulously organizing, categorizing, and maintaining vast quantities of digital files and folders that feed into our advanced AI systems. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of our AI models, ensuring they have access to clean, structured, and easily retrievable data. This is a 100% remote position, requiring a self-starter with excellent time management skills and a commitment to precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Categorize and label digital files according to established taxonomies and guidelines.
- Sort and organize folders within a complex directory structure.
- Perform quality checks on existing file organization to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and report discrepancies or issues in data filing systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to understand data structuring requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security protocols.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver organized data sets promptly.
- Proactively suggest improvements to filing and organization processes.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
