Job Description
As a Shop Host at Aritzia, you are the first point of contact for our valued clients, embodying the brand’s commitment to exceptional service and a luxurious shopping experience. You will play a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere, ensuring every client feels welcomed, comfortable, and eager to explore our premium fashion collections. This position requires an individual with a warm personality, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client care within a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all clients upon entry, creating a welcoming and exclusive atmosphere.
- Assist clients with initial inquiries, directing them to appropriate departments or Style Advisors.
- Manage client flow, waiting lists, and appointment scheduling effectively.
- Maintain the pristine appearance and organization of the front-of-house area and fitting rooms.
- Proactively anticipate client needs and offer assistance, ensuring a seamless shopping journey.
- Collaborate with Style Advisors and management to optimize client experience and store operations.
- Handle incoming phone calls and provide accurate information regarding store services and products.
- Uphold Aritzia's brand image and standards of presentation at all times.
