Job Description
Are you passionate about fitness and customer service? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a desire to help improve the member experience at leading fitness clubs? 24 Hour Fitness is seeking enthusiastic and discreet individuals to join our team as Gym & Wellness Mystery Shoppers. In this unique part-time role, you will visit our various club locations as a regular potential member, evaluating the overall experience from entry to exit. Your detailed feedback will be crucial in helping us maintain and enhance our high standards of service, cleanliness, and member satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced visits to designated 24 Hour Fitness locations as a regular potential member.
- Evaluate specific aspects of the club experience, including cleanliness, staff demeanor, facility maintenance, equipment availability, and overall atmosphere.
- Interact with front desk staff, trainers, and other employees as instructed by the mystery shopping guidelines.
- Complete detailed questionnaires and written reports after each visit, providing objective and constructive feedback.
- Adhere strictly to all mystery shopping protocols and maintain confidentiality regarding your role.
- Submit reports within specified deadlines, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Potentially participate in follow-up phone calls or surveys as needed.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and observational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain objectivity and provide constructive criticism.
- Discretion and the ability to act naturally and inconspicuously.
- Reliable transportation to visit various club locations.
