Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and engaging Cosmetic Counter Assistant to join our prestigious Jo Malone London boutique in Harrogate. This is an incredible opportunity to represent a world-renowned premium brand, immerse yourself in the art of fragrance and luxury, and provide unparalleled service to our discerning clientele. You will be at the forefront of our brand, helping customers discover their perfect scent and indulge in our exquisite product range, all while enjoying the benefit of free samples and staff perks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Jo Malone London products, including fragrance, bath & body, and home collections.
- Perform product demonstrations and 'fragrance combining' rituals, educating clients on the unique aspects of our brand.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain immaculate presentation and merchandising standards on the counter, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed beautifully.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock, conducting stock takes, and managing product samples.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up communication and clienteling.
- Stay informed about new product launches, promotions, and brand stories.
