Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote QA Associate to join our dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute detailed test cases, analyze results, and report defects accurately and thoroughly.
  • Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Document and track defects, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.
  • Provide regular status updates on testing activities and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies, testing tools, and project methodologies.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Prior exposure to any programming or scripting language.
  • Experience with database queries (SQL) or API testing.
