Job Description

We are seeking observant and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Delivery Courier Mystery Shopper. In this crucial role, you will evaluate the speed, efficiency, and quality of our delivery services. You will place orders, track packages, and meticulously document the entire delivery experience, providing invaluable feedback that helps us maintain and enhance our high standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Place test orders for package deliveries using designated methods and parameters.
  • Monitor and record the end-to-end delivery process, including tracking updates and actual delivery times.
  • Assess the condition of packages upon arrival and the professionalism of delivery personnel.
  • Document observations thoroughly using provided templates and reporting tools.
  • Provide constructive and objective feedback on service quality, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
  • Adhere to all guidelines and protocols for mystery shopping assignments.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all assignment details and company information.
