Job Description
KPMG is seeking a talented and driven Management Consultant with a focus on Strategy to join our dynamic Advisory team in Calgary, Alberta. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to strategy engagements, including market entry, growth strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation.
- Conduct in-depth research, data analysis, and financial modeling to develop data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Develop and present compelling strategic proposals and reports to senior client stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners.
- Support business development activities, including proposal writing and client relationship management.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the firm's thought leadership.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-facing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other relevant advanced degree.
- Experience in specific industries such as Energy, Financial Services, Technology, or Public Sector.
- Fluency in additional languages is an asset.
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks and methodologies.
